Skills Week
The Skills Week – taking place from March 30 to April 3, 2026 – is a program of meetings and workshops dedicated to soft skills, the relational and behavioral competencies that influence how we act in different contexts, from everyday life to education and the workplace.
Soft skills develop over time through experiences and relationships, and today they represent a distinctive and increasingly important resource in every personal and professional field.
During Skills Week, meetings and short, interactive courses offer a first step to explore, recognize, and enhance one’s own strengths, as well as to develop new ones through exchange and dialogue with others.
Here is the list of courses offered:
- Navigating Uncertainty: Training Adaptability in Complex Contexts
- Managing Mistakes: Seeing Beyond Frustration
- Time Management
- Lateral Thinking and Creativity
- Public Speaking
- Teamwork e collaborazione efficace
