SPECIAL GUEST

Alberto Pizzo

Yamaha Artist pianist Alberto Pizzo presents "Skylight", his latest piano album recorded at London’s Abbey Road Studios. A special surprise for the Isole Sonore audience on this evening dedicated to contemporary piano music.

Massimo Carrieri is a pianist, organist, and composer with both classical and jazz training. This eclectic background has led him to experiences and collaborations in a wide variety of contexts: from theatre to pop, from musicals to television. His music merges structure and improvisation, past and present, with a Mediterranean-inspired aesthetic not confined to a single genre. In a Baroque Mood is his most recent album, blending early music with contemporary languages.

Alessandro Sgobbio, pianist and producer, pursues a personal creative path characterized by compositions, improvisations, and musical explorations centered on spirituality. Trained at the Parma Conservatory and the Norges Musikkhøgskole in Oslo, he was later selected for the Martial Solal competition in Paris and named Best New Talent by Musica Jazz. In France, he creates and produces new projects, collaborating with many musicians of the European jazz scene.
