Bocconi Residence Halls
Staying in one of the 7 university residences provided by the University is the best way to fully experience your university life. You will easily meet other students and share your daily life with students from all over the world, in a multicultural, lively, and stimulating environment.
The residences offer well-maintained spaces, practical services, and an international community. They are all located in the city center, within a maximum walking distance of 10–15 minutes from the classrooms where lectures take place. All our residences offer single bedrooms, with either a private bathroom or one shared with at most one other student, and access to a shared kitchen.
The room assignment period will be valid from 20 August 2026 to 27 June 2027.
Places available in the Bocconi residences are numerous but limited. If no reservation is made, it is possible to apply for one or more subsequent sessions.
In preparation for application, all interested students are advised to:
> Check the different types of residences and rooms and their rates a.y. 2026-27
> Take a look at the useful documents (regulations and privacy policy);
> Keep your login credentials (matriculation/username and password) on hand, have a fast Internet connection, and use a single device;
> Carefully read the entire paragraph entitled "Instructions for submitting the application".
Application online
Below you can find the list of application sessions available for a.y. 2026-27. The link to access the online application will be published on the day each session opens, and will only be active from the opening time indicated.

ONLINE APPLICATION
Here you will find the complete calendar of the application sessions scheduled for a.y. 2026-27. Each session will be confirmed or cancelled around 2 days before, based on effective room availability.

- Tuesday, June 16, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. (Italian time) - to be confirmed

Carefully read the instructions for filling out the online application before submitting it.
Step 1 - to secure the room
> ACCESS the link at the indicated opening time: you will be in a virtual "waiting room". When your turn comes, log in by entering your Bocconi credentials (student number/Username and password).
> ENTER in the "Accommodation choice" section.
> SELECT THE RESIDENCE
If you do not see any options, it means that there are no longer available places.
> SELECT ROOM TYPE
If you do not see any options, it means that there are no longer available places.
> CLICK ON "SAVE" at the bottom of the section.
If you can't click it means that there are no longer available places.
> CLICK ON "CONFIRM DATA / CONFERMA DATI"
If you are unable to click it means that there are no longer available places.
The reservation was successful only if the red "Confirm data/Conferma dati" button is no longer visible and in its place appears the words, "You confirmed the data on dd/mm/yyyy."
Step 2 - to confirm the reservation
steps to be completed by 11.59 pm on the same day
> COMPLETE THE SECTIONS in which data are required
> UPLOAD DOCUMENTS
Proceed by 11:59 p.m. on the same day to upload all documents available in application to be printed, hand signed and uploaded in the upload spaces provided, and to pay the security deposit.
> CLICK ON “INOLTRA DOMANDA / SUBMIT APPLICATION”
Click “INOLTRA DOMANDA/ SUBMIT APPLICATION” by 11:59 PM on the same day.
Your reservation is successfully confirmed only if the red “Inoltra domanda / Submit application” button is no longer visible and is replaced by the message: “You submitted the application on dd/mm/yyyy.”
The office will verify that your reservation was successful and it will give it a result through MyApplication in the following days.
ATTENTION
If you were not able to click on "Save" at the bottom of the section, it means that there are no longer available places. Proceed to select a new room type and/or Residence.
If you have succeeded in selecting a Residence and room type and saved the section, but at the time of "Submit data" another student has taken the last available place for the Residence and/or type you selected, the red "Submit data" button remains visible: this means that, even if you have already expressed and saved a preference in the "Accommodation choice" section, your reservation was not successful due to lack of availability.
Because of this, you were not able to confirm the data, so you will have to:
-re-enter the "Accommodation choice" section;
-select a new option;
-save the data on the section again by clicking on "SAVE";
-confirm the data for the new selection by clicking on the red "Submit data" button.
If in searching for a new option to select all available places are taken, the system would continue to show you, in the "Accommodation choice" section, your original selection: this does NOT mean that the reservation was successful.
