The Resolution of the Regional Council of the Lombardy Region (“D.G.R. 2024”), which will be published presumably in June 2026, annually defines criteria and funding estimates for the assignment of benefits for the Right to University Education and defines the amount of the scholarships and the upper limits of the ISEE/ISEEU indicator (Equivalent Economic Situation Indicator) and the ISPE/ISPEU indicator (Indicator of the Economic and Financial Situation) to access the 2026-2027 Right to University Education benefits.

The regional provisions and any ministerial updates will be set out in the final ISU Bocconi Scholarship Application Requirements and Regulations 2026-2027, which will be published after the D.G.R 2024 and therefore presumably in July 2027.

If, as a result the D.G.R 2024, the upper limits of the ISEE/ISEEU parificato and ISPE/ISPEU parificato indicators for the a.y. 2026-2027 will be increased with respect to those defined for the a.y. 2025-2026, the final ISU Bocconi Scholarship Application Requirements and Regulations 2026-2027 will foresee are reopening of the ISU Bocconi Scholarship Application a.y. 2026-27 deadlines (August 24 - September 4, 2026) for ONLY those students who, by virtue of any potential increase, may fall within the new upper limits of ISEE/ISEEU parificato and ISPE/ISPEU parificato indicators that may be updated in the final ISU Bocconi Scholarship Application Requirements and Regulations 2026-2027.

It is specified that the application for the ISU Bocconi Scholarship a.y. 2026-2027 submitted in the first time window (January 8 - June 25, 2026) and in the possible second time window (August 24 - September 4, 2026) will in any case remain the same, resulting in the rankings (First Year and PhD and Years Following the First) as detailed in the final ISU Bocconi Scholarship Application Requirements and Regulations itself.
