Italian Language Crash Course
Kick off your exchange experience with a 2-week immersive Italian Crash Course! Before Bocconi classes begin, you’ll have the chance to start learning Italian while meeting fellow exchange students from around the world and building your first friendships in Milan. Through dynamic, interactive lessons led by experienced native Italian teachers, you’ll develop essential language skills—speaking, listening, reading, and writing—while discovering Italian culture and improving your intercultural communication.
| Registration and Payment | Interested students will be able to enroll and pay for the course in the Exchange Program online application, after taking an online placement test. After submitting the test, students will no longer be able to access it. |

| Levels | Beginner, Pre-Elementary, Elementary, Pre-Intermediate, Intermediate and Advanced. Please note: levels will be activated according to the number of enrollments. |

| Attendance and Final Certificate | Students who attend a minimum of 75% of the lessons and pass the final test will receive the Italian Language Course Participation Certificate, which includes an overall evaluation: pass, fair, good or excellent. Late arrivals or early departures will be counted towards the total number of absences. Please note: the Crash course is an optional, non-credit granting extracurricular course, therefore it is not included in the official Bocconi transcript or in the study plan. |

Italian Language Follow-Up Course
Keep the momentum going! After completing the Italian Crash Course, exchange students can continue improving their Italian throughout the semester with the Follow-Up Course. This course is available only to students who enroll in and pass the Crash Course (Beginner to Pre-Intermediate levels), offering a great way to keep practicing the language while staying connected with international classmates.
