The International Student Desk at Bocconi University is the office in charge of incoming exchange students.
2026 Bocconi University summer closure: August 6-23, inclusive. The International Student Desk will resume limited operations on Thursday, August 20. Regular on-site services will restart on Monday, August 24.
Our On-campus Front Desk and Virtual Info Desk are here to help answer any questions about your exchange.
On-campus Front Desk: B in Touch Point - box 002 ground floor (entrance from piazza Sraffa 13)
August 31 to October 2
- Monday and Wednesday:10am-12.30pm
- Tuesday: 2.30pm-4.30pm
- Thursday: 10am-12.30pm and 2.30pm-4.30pm
October 6 to December 22
- Tuesday: 2.30pm-4.30pm

Virtual Info Desk
You will be able to reserve a 15 minute-one-to-one Zoom appointment with a member of the ISD team through the Appointments tool available on the left-hand side menu of your yoU@B agenda. The link will be provided upon booking the appointment.

Please note: the On-campus Front Desk and Virtual Info Desk will be closed during the Welcome Week (August 25-28). You can find the ISD Team at the Welcome Desk, on floor -2 of the Roentgen building at Via Roentgen 1.
