Master of Arts in Global Law Selection Criteria

Exchange Program 2027-28

Selection is based on merit evaluation, taking into consideration the following elements:

  • Student academic weighted credit average: WA

  • Number of credits earned: NC

  • Maximum number of credits that can be earned: MAX NC

The score formula will be the following:

That will be your final score.

The calculation of credits includes all the exams of the 1st year - 1st semester - study plan officially taken by February 2nd, 2027 (included), end of the ordinary exam session.
Exams which are not part of the 1st year - 1st semester study plan (internship, languages, anticipated exams and anticipated curricular supplementary activities) are not included.

Students in the Master of Arts in Global Law will be informed about the number of destinations they can include in the application as soon as the Destinations Brochure becomes available.
The Study Abroad office will elaborate the ranking, according to the above-mentioned criteria. Each student will be assigned to the first destination for which there are still places available among the ones s/he listed in her/his application in order of preference.

Please note:

  • Courses subdivided in modules will be considered as separated courses for the academic requirements and exchange score calculation.

  • If applicants have equal final scores for a specific destination and there is one last slot available, the students' preferences linked to the destination will be used as criteria in order to set the ranking. In case of equal preferences, priority will be given to the student who applied earlier (considering hh:mm:ss).
