BWell - An October for Our Wellbeing

From 6 to 29 October 2026, the campus will host the first edition of BWell: a series of events, learning experiences and activities dedicated to the mental and physical wellbeing of the entire Bocconi community, marking World Mental Health Day on 10 October.

Wellbeing is essential to how we live, study and work. That is why Bocconi continues to invest in services and activities that foster a culture of listening, prevention and self-care.

BWell offers an opportunity to share experiences and explore the activities and psychological support services available at Bocconi throughout the year.

Under Pressure: Stress, Anxiety, and How to Keep Your Balance – A workshop to cope with anxiety

For students. Held in English.

Getting into a top university is proof of your talent β€” but it often comes with a quiet cost: the pressure to always perform, to have it all figured out. If you have ever felt that tightness in your chest before an exam, or that voice telling you it is never quite enough, you are not alone β€” and you are not broken! This workshop is a space to pause, and learn to understand anxiety, to turn pressure into fuel rather than fear! You'll leave with concrete strategies you can use, and the reassurance that asking for support is not a weakness, but one of the smartest moves a high achiever can make. Join us. Your wellbeing is just as important as your success β€” and taking care of it is what will let you thrive, not just survive.
