A Children’s Event in collaboration with Iperborea and Amnesty International

An event dedicated to Katitzi, the Romani child protagonist of Katarina Taikon’s literary saga, whose free and courageous voice sheds light on the rights of children.

Organized in collaboration with Amnesty International, the event will open with a reflection on the value of childhood and the importance of its protection. It will continue with a reading of selected passages from the saga and conclude with an in-depth discussion on Katarina Taikon and other young women who, through their determination, became advocates for freedom and justice.
