On 24 January 1975, Keith Jarrett created from nothing The Köln Concert, a legendary performance that changed the history of piano playing and remains to this day the best-selling solo piano album in the world.
Following his performance of the original work for Piano City Milano 2025, Cesare Picco brings this special project to Milan for Isole Sonore. Using the official transcription of the concert as a foundation, Picco moves in and out of the original work through his own musical aesthetic, offering a profound and contemporary vision of this timeless masterpiece.
