- Flow to Yin Yoga with Michela
In English
Flow to Yin is a style of yoga that combines the benefits of a dynamic, energizing practice with those of a more static, reflective practice. Through this combination, we strengthen and at the same time relax the body and learn to let go of tensions and thoughts.
Instructor: Michela Granconato. Since receiving her first certification in September 2020, Michela has taught the various styles in which she specializes at different schools, such as YogaEssential - Spazio Garibaldi 77, Casa Yoga, Accademia Olistica Punti d'Incontro, and Milano Yoga Space.
- Vinyasa Yoga with Federico
The classes will be held in Italian, you can find out more here.
Instructor: Federico Vegni. Lecturer in the Department of Decision Sciences, teaches mathematics in Bocconi University in undergraduate BIEM, CLEAM, BAI and graduate ESS courses. He is passionate about theater and a certified yoga teacher (RYT 250 h).
- Meditation with Asahi
The classes will be held in Italian and English.
These meditation sessions guide you toward discovering self-awareness through breath, concentration, and inner centering. Through guided breathing and meditation practices, you will learn how to use the breath as a tool to calm the mind, release tension, and recognize your inner states, fostering a more grounded presence in the present moment. The journey gradually leads from the development of attention and concentration to the experience of deep centering, helping you rediscover balance, grounding, and inner stability even in the face of everyday life’s challenges.
Instructor: Nicolò Asahi Cameroni. Osteopath and Hara Yoga teacher. Born in Milan in 1981, graduated in Osteopathy and recognized by the R.O.I. (Resgistro Osteopati Italiani) with the title of D.O.; graduated in Economics and Business. In 2004 he met the Hara Yoga practice and the master Giò Fronti founder of this practice. In 2006 he made his first trip to India where he studied in a real Ashram the Indian classical Hatha Yoga.
