In the brand-new and prestigious location of the Olympic Village, Bocconi offers double rooms with internal bathrooms, fully equipped with bed linen, wardrobes, and personal desks. The residence also features study, activity, and relaxing areas, a 24-hour concierge, and additional amenities (laundry and parking).
The fee per bed for a double room with shared internal bathroom is €615 per month (possible update of the fee for ay 2027-28 will be published within the end of January 2027) and includes all services (utilities, internet, weekly cleaning with linen change, access to study/activity/relaxation areas, and 24-hour concierge service).
Rooms are assigned for the entire academic year.
At the time of the online application, students are required to pay a security deposit equal to two (2) months’ rent.
Payment of the rent is requested by the management in 3 installments, covering the following periods: September/November – December/March – April/July.
This housing opportunity is primarily dedicated to students with a ISEE University Certificate 2027 lower or equal to €44.000, but it is also open to other students, according to the methods and sessions described below.
Attention: first year or subsequent year students who have applied for the ISU Bocconi Scholarship a.y. 2027-28 are excluded from this opportunity.

In addition to all other requirements set out above or below, students may be assigned a bed in a double room (TMR) at the Olympic Village only if they:
- are regularly enrolled, or intend to enroll in a.y. 2027–28., in accordance with the University's enrollment procedures and deadlines;
- are not beneficiaries of the "Moving to Milan" or "Scelta Possibile" programs;
- are not eligible for, and have not applied for, a Bocconi DSU Scholarship for a.y. 2027–28;
- have not already been assigned accommodation in a Bocconi residence or a partner residence for a.y. 2027–28.
Please note: For some application sessions, submission of the 2027 University ISEE certificate may be a mandatory requirement.
The online application is intended exclusively for collecting applications for the allocation of beds at the Olympic Village, located within the real estate complex known as “Scalo di Porta Romana” (the “Residence”), managed by Villaggio Scalo Romana S.r.l. (the “Provider”), also through the appointed management entity, Campus X S.r.l. (the “Manager”). Bocconi University performs a purely administrative role in collecting applications and forwarding them to the Manager, remaining uninvolved in any contractual relationship concerning the Residence. Furthermore, the online application does not constitute an offer to the public nor a contractual proposal by Bocconi University, and the allocation of the room is subject to the conclusion of the Service Contract with the Provider.

By 11:59 PM on the same day, complete the upload of all documents available in the application, after printing and signing them by hand, in the designated upload sections, and proceed with the payment of the security deposit.

If the reservation is not confirmed by the deadline through the upload of the required documents and submission of the application, it will be automatically cancelled by the office.
The residence manager will verify that your reservation has been successfully completed and will provide you with feedback.
Students already assigned a bed in a double room (TMR) at the Olympic Village for a.y. 2026–27 who intend to enroll regularly for a.y. 2027–28 may confirm their accommodation for the following academic year during the designated renewal session, provided they meet the following requirements:
- have a 2027 University ISEE certificate with a value of €44,000 or lower;

have earned the minimum number of academic credits required by the end of the 2026–27 Winter Examination Session (dates to be confirmed: early February 2027 for Bachelor and Master of Science programs; late March 2027 for the Integrated Master of Arts in Law program, as follows:
- 11 credits for students enrolled in the first year (Bsc, Msc or Integrated Master of Arts in Law) during a.y. 2026-27;
- 60 credits for students enrolled in the second year (Bsc or Integrated Master of Arts in Law) during a.y. 2026-27;
- 120 credits for students enrolled in the third year (Bsc or Integrated Master of Arts in Law) during a.y. 2026-27;
- 180 credits for students enrolled in the fourth year of the Integrated Master of Arts in Law during a.y. 2026–27
