In 2026, Bocconi University proudly takes up the legacy of the Milano-Cortina 2026 Winter Olympic Games by transforming the Olympic Village into a new home for its students.

In this brand-new and prestigious residence, Bocconi offers double rooms with internal bathrooms, fully equipped with bed linen, wardrobes, and personal desks. The residence also features study, activity, and relaxing areas, a 24-hour concierge, and additional amenities (laundry and parking).

The fee per bed for a double room with shared internal bathroom is €615 per month. The fee includes all services (utilities, internet, weekly cleaning with linen change, access to study/activity/relaxation areas, and 24-hour concierge service).

The assignment will be valid for the entire academic year from August 24, 2026, to July 23, 2027 (11 months).

At the time of the online application, students are required to pay a security deposit equal to two (2) months’ rent. The deposit will be retained by the residence manager as a guarantee of the student’s compliance with their obligations throughout the entire duration of the assignment and will not accrue interest. The deposit - or the remaining amount after any deductions made by the residence manager for unpaid amounts or other costs owed by the student - will be refunded upon termination of the contract, provided that the student has settled all outstanding invoices and returned the bed space in good condition and available for use.

Payment of the rent is requested by the management in three installments, covering the following periods: September/November – December/March – April/July.

This housing opportunity is primarily dedicated to freshmen and in particular to Italian students enrolled in the first-year program for a.y. 2026-27 and whose financial condition meets certain requirements (ISEE < €44.000). Nevertheless, beds in double room at the Olympic Village are available for reservation also for international students, who can apply starting from the “SUBSEQUENT APPLICATION SESSIONS”.

It is specified that only students who have NOT already confirmed a room reservation in any previous assignment session, including those for the Bocconi residence halls and Olympic Village, may participate in this application session.

Bocconi University performs solely a technical and administrative activity consisting of collecting applications and transmitting data to the Manager, and does not carry out any activity of intermediation, brokerage, agency, or representation, nor does it assume any obligations or liabilities towards students or the Provider.

These housing opportunities are dedicated to Italian students enrolled in the first-year program for a.y. 2026-27 and whose financial condition meets certain requirements (ISEE < €44.000). Nevertheless, beds in double room at the Olympic Village are available for reservation also for international students, who can apply starting from the “SUBSEQUENT APPLICATION SESSIONS”

SUBSEQUENT APPLICATION SESSIONS - starting from 5 May

  • First-year italian or international students for the 2026–27 academic year or students regularly enrolled in 2025-26 that will be enrolled in academic year 2026–27
    • For Bachelor of Science programs: in the second or third year 
    • For the Integrated Master of Arts in Law program: in the second, third, fourth, or fifth year 
    • For Master of Science programs: in the second year 
  • Not eligible for and/or not applying for ISU Bocconi Scholarship for academic year 2026–27
  • Not already assigned to the “Moving to Milan” or “Scelta Possibile” benefits 

Not already assigned accommodation in Bocconi residences halls or partners residences for academic year 2026–27

The online application is intended exclusively for collecting applications for the allocation of beds at the Olympic Village, located within the real estate complex known as “Scalo di Porta Romana” (the “Residence”), managed by Villaggio Scalo Romana S.r.l. (the “Provider”), also through the appointed management entity, Campus X S.r.l. (the “Manager”). Bocconi University performs a purely administrative role in collecting applications and forwarding them to the Manager, remaining uninvolved in any contractual relationship concerning the Residence. Furthermore, the online application does not constitute an offer to the public nor a contractual proposal by Bocconi University, and the allocation of the room is subject to the conclusion of the Service Contract with the Provider.

SUBSEQUENT APPLICATION SESSIONS

By accessing the online application through the link published on this webpage, you may freely reserve a bed in a double room at the Olympic Village.

Once you have saved your selection and confirmed the spot, you will have until 11:59 PM on the same day to confirm the reservation by uploading all required documents and submitting the application.

By 11:59 PM on the same day, complete the upload of all documents available in the application, after printing and signing them by hand, in the designated upload sections, and proceed with the payment of the security deposit.

If the reservation is not confirmed by the deadline through the upload of the required documents and submission of the application, it will be automatically cancelled by the office.

The residence manager will verify that your reservation has been successfully completed and will provide you with feedback.

 

Students assigned a bed in one of the subsequent sessions (starting from May 5, 2026) will not be entitled to confirm their bed at the Olympic Village for the following academic year. However, they may participate for a.y. 2027/28 in one of the “SUBSEQUENT SESSIONS” in order to reserve a new bed in a double room at the Olympic Village. Alternatively, they will be able to apply through a priority assignment session for accommodation in Bocconi residences halls for academic year 2027–28.

The housing assignment schedule for academic year 2027–28 (specific dates are expected to be published by November 2026) is as follows:

  1. Renewal period for residents holding benefits in academic year 2026–27.
  2. FIRST SESSION – RESERVED FOR FRESHMEN 2027/28: new assignments for first-year students (freshmen) enrolled in 2027–28 with ISEE below €44.000
  3. SECOND SESSION – New assignments for students of any year of study with ISEE below €44.000
  4. SUBSEQUENT APPLICATION SESSIONS - New assignments for Italian or international students of any year of course regardless of their economic condition.
