Exchange incoming housing a.y. 2026-27

If for the Fall semester a.y. 2026-27 you will be an incoming exchange student and you are interested in living in a student residence hall, you will have the opportunity to apply for one of the options reserved specifically for our exchange students. You will receive dedicated emails informing you of the beginning of the process.

Residence halls available will be:

• Aparto Giovenale ensuite or twin rooms

• Spadolini residence single rooms

• Dubini residence single rooms

• Javotte residence single rooms

The period of room assignment will work on a semester-basis only: the room will be assigned from August 20th, 2026 – to December 24th, 2026.

Aparto Giovenale residence

Located at a 5-minute walking distance from the Bocconi campus, the residence is owned and managed by an external company. Our exchange students will be reserved single rooms with private bathroom (ENSUITE) or shared bedrooms with 2 beds and bathroom inside the room (TWIN) at Aparto Giovenale. The residence also offers common areas, kitchen and living rooms, study rooms. The residence also hosts regularly enrolled Bocconi students. The price for this accommodation (bills included) for the whole period will be 4770,00€ for the ensuite room and 3025,00€ for the twin room (each bed); additional cleaning services are available upon payment.

Spadolini residence

The residence offers single bedrooms located in 4-bedroom apartments, with bathroom (shared with one other student only) and a common kitchen/living room inside the apartments. All the Bocconi residence halls also have study areas, common, living and games rooms.The apartments can be shared with other regularly enrolled Bocconi students. The price for this accommodation (all bills included) for the whole period will be of 4250,00€ - maintenance and weekly cleaning services included.

Dubini residence

The residence offers single bedrooms located in 4-bedroom apartments, with bathroom (shared with one other student only) and a common kitchen/living room inside the apartments. All the Bocconi residence halls also have study areas, common, living and games rooms. The apartments can be shared with other regularly enrolled Bocconi students. The price for this accommodation (all bills included) for the whole period will be of 4250,00€ - maintenance and weekly cleaning services included.

Javotte residence

The residence offers single bedrooms with shared bathroom (shared with one other student only) and a common kitchen/living room on the floor. All the Bocconi residence halls also have study areas, common, living and games rooms. The apartments can be shared with other regularly enrolled Bocconi students. The price for this accommodation (all bills included) for the whole period will be of 3850,00€ - maintenance and weekly cleaning services included.
 

Housing application: reserve your room

Please make sure you apply as soon as possible: the rooms available are limited, and the application will run on a first-come first-served basis. In order to access the housing application, it is necessary that you have already completed the "ISD — Exchange Program — Fall 2026" application.

The application will run on a first-come first-served basis, and will close on May 27, 2026 at 11.59 pm

All exchange students interested in a room must apply through this housing application. Reservations submitted in a different manner will be cancelled.

Instructions to complete the housing application

Important! Rooms available are limited and reservations will run on a first-come first-served basis. Access to the application will not necessarily result in a room assignment, due to the limited availability of places.

• Click on the application link, it will be published above.
• You’ll find yourself in a virtual waiting room. When your turn comes, insert your Bocconi userID and password and log in to the housing application.
• Access the accommodation choice section and select the residence and room type you prefer, click on “Save” (green button at the end of the section) then click on “Submit data” (red button on the top right-hand corner) *. Please complete these steps in the shortest possible time, in order to increase your chances of obtaining a room assignment.
• When the “Submit data” red button disappears and you see new sections of the application appearing, it means that your reservation was successful! The selected room is reserved for you.
• You will now see new sections of the application: there is no need to rush because the room is already secured; please follow the instructions and complete all the sections within May 27th, 2026 at 11.59 pm (Italian time) final deadline.

* Please note: If you do not manage to click on "Save" or to click on “Submit data”, it means that there are no more rooms available for that type. Please proceed with the selection of a new room type.

Important note
Aparto reservations will NOT be considered valid unless the procedure described above is completed; i.e. Aparto will only manage reservations submitted through the Bocconi housing application, meaning that the student has accessed the Bocconi Housing portal, selected and confirmed one of the Aparto options, viewed the subsequent sections of the application, and only then completed the procedure on the Aparto portal. The Bocconi Housing Office will share the official reservation list with Aparto. Any reservations not included in this list and/or submitted through different channels will be automatically cancelled.
