Francesca Coloni

She graduated from Bocconi University in 1997 with a degree in the Economics of Financial Markets and Financial Institutions and has gained international managerial experience in New York, London, Frankfurt and Madrid. Since 2021, she has served as Chief Operating Officer for the Analytics & Pricing division of Citibank’s US Personal Bank. Previously, she held leadership positions at Intercontinental Exchange, Refinitiv and Thomson Reuters, focusing on strategy, innovation and organizational transformation. 

Her career combines the ability to drive change with rigorous oversight of complex, regulated organizations, while maintaining stability and operational continuity. She has led the New York chapter of the Bocconi Alumni Community since 2024 and serves as Treasurer and Board member of Friends of Bocconi USA.
