Bio

Graduated at Bocconi, I hold a Ph.D and is Lecturer at Bocconi University and SDA Bocconi School of Management, where I have founded the Master in Fashion, Experience and Design management (MAFED) and currently I am the Director of the online course “Sustainable Fashion Branding” with Getsmarter and the co-Director of the Certificate “Brands beyond boundaries” in collaboration with the Hong Kong Polytechnic. I was a visiting scholar at Stern School of Business, NYU and at Fudan University, Shanghai.

About

In 2021 I have published two books “The branded supply chain. A new paradigm in branding sustainability” for Bocconi University Press and “Contactless Signature Experience. Il futuro della relazione con il cliente” for EGEA.  I have also launched the SDA Bocconi online executive course “Sustainabile fashion branding” on the platform Getsmarter.



I serve as board member at listed companies and I have published many renowned books and articles translated in many languages.

 

Research Interests

My current research is about brand management in a contactless scenario, business model innovation in creative industries and brand-led sustainability.  I am also investigating brand building strategies in high tech.
