I am Full Professor of commercial law at Bocconi University and Director of the LL.M in European Business and Social law (EBSL). I hold a Law Degree from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Milano and an LL.M from Queen University of London. I earned a PhD in Competition law from Università degli Studi di Perugia.
