My research focuses on the intersection of public administration, policy, and technology.
I study how institutions address the challenges of public service provision, digital transformation, and governance complexity in an increasingly interconnected and data-driven world. I am particularly interested in how governments use technology to improve service delivery, develop robust digital and cybersecurity policies, and co-create value with citizens.
My approach is interdisciplinary, drawing from public administration, service management, computer security, innovation studies, and behavioral public policy. Through research and theory development, I aim to produce knowledge for both academic and policy audiences.
