Bio

I was born on September 16th, 1966. In 1989, I graduated from the Catholic University of Milan with a J.D. degree.

Since September 2022, I have been Head of the Department of Legal Studies "Angelo Sraffa" of Bocconi University.

I have been a Full Professor of Civil Procedure and Bankruptcy Law since 2001.

Civil procedure.

International and Comparative Civil Procedure

European Civil Justice

Italian, European and Global Bankruptcy Law.

Arbitration Law - Alternative Dispute Resolution - Transnational Dispute Resolution and Settlement.
