Bio

I am currently Director of the MSc in International Management – Global Experience and have been Academic Director of CEMS at Bocconi University. In recent years, I held the EssilorLuxottica Professorship in Leadership and served as Director of the Organization & HR Department at SDA Bocconi School of Management, where I was also a member of the Management Board.

I earned a PhD from LUISS University (Rome) and was a visiting PhD at the University of Maryland. My research has been published in leading scientific outlets such as MIS Quarterly, Information Systems Research, Journal of Management Information Systems, and several others.

I have conducted numerous workshops across Europe, the Middle East, and North America, and my research has been featured in managerial magazines including MIT Sloan Management Review, World Economic Forum Agenda, Harvard Business Review (Italian edition), Forbes, and Bloomberg.

Research Interests

My academic work revolves around several topics: teamworking in dispersed settings, mobile technology use and dispersed collaboration, work-life balance and mobile technology use. My work and teaching commitments are aimed at supporting individuals, teams and organizations leaders in developing a team-oriented and collaborative culture.
