Cost of attendance AY 2026-2027

-Currently under update for the a.y. 2026-2027-

The amount you can borrow through Direct Loans is determined by your estimated cost of attendance and the borrowing limits set by the US Department of Education.

Your cost of attendance (COA) is an estimation of how much it will cost you to study at Bocconi University for one academic year. When we calculate this we include the cost of your tuition fees, living expenses, transportation and miscellaneous expenses.

Your actual expenses may be higher or lower than the COA depending on your personal budget and spending habits.

The monthly budget including the items listed above will be of approximately € 1.700 - € 1.800.

A set average exchange rate for the academic year is used to convert your costs into US dollars.

ATTENTION: If you are not eligible for the interim exception, your federal loans are subject to the limits effective from July 1, 2026, and may cover only part of the Bocconi Cost of Attendance. As a result, you may not be eligible to borrow the full amount of the Bocconi Cost of Attendance.
If you qualify for the interim exception, the previous borrowing rules apply for the duration of the exception.
