Minor household members are not required to sign the document. The form must be fully legible and bear handwritten signatures; digital or electronic signatures will not be accepted. Each signature must match the signature shown on the corresponding identity document uploaded to the portal. Identity documents for the student and both parents must also be provided.
  2. Information privacy" available within the online application procedure. The document must be downloaded, printed, and duly signed only by all adult members of the Bocconi conventional family household and, in any event, by all adult individuals whose data and information are included in the application. Minor household members are not required to sign the document. The document must be fully legible and bear handwritten signatures matching those shown on the corresponding identity documents uploaded to the portal.
  3. Certificate of original and de facto family (household composition) issued by the competent Authority for family unit certificates in the student's country: additional certificates are required if students live with one parent, alone or with another family household. This document must be an official certificate issued by the competent authority, attesting to the composition of the student’s household and listing all family members currently residing together and belonging to the same family unit, in accordance with the applicable regulations of the country of origin.

Income 2025

  1. Fully completed official income and (if available) property tax declaration of the individual: filed and submitted to the Revenue Agency of the student’s country, including any income from foreign sources and any property. This document must contain full information on income deriving from work activity, companies, real estate and securities or rental agreements.

If you did not submit an income tax declaration, you must provide a certificate issued by the Revenue Office (or the competent authority) confirming, for the specified fiscal year, that no declaration was filed or that you were exempt under local legislation.

  1. If not already indicated in the official tax declaration, students must submit the document issued by the official Revenue Agency (or the competent authority) of the student's home country stating all financially dependent household members supported by those earning an income.
  2. Salary certificate for employees/retired covering the period January - December 2025. This document must be provided even if the information is already included in the income tax declaration.

Affidavits, self-declarations, and sworn statements are not accepted, as they are not issued by competent public authorities and therefore do not provide the same level of official verification.

Important:

If any adult family members were unemployed during the 2025 fiscal year (such as homemakers or in general jobless), you should provide, in order to certify the absence of income, a certificate issued by the Revenue Office (or the competent authority) confirming that they had no income in 2025 fiscal year.

Movable Assets 2025

  1. Bank account statements as of 31 December 2025 showing salary and/or pension payments for all the household members having a source of income.

For each of these bank account statements, the last 6 months of transaction history is requested, and payments of salary/pension must be clearly visible. The University may request the entire year transaction history for all the bank accounts.

For transaction histories consisting of 40 pages or more, students may submit a translation covering only the first and last quarter of 2025, where this results in a lower number of pages. The translation must clearly include the account holder’s name, bank account number, and account balance as of 31 December 2025.

For transparency and verification purposes, the original transaction history must still be submitted in full, including all pages.

  1. Statements of all the remaining bank accounts as of 31 December 2025 owned by the household members. The University may request the entire year transaction history for all the bank accounts.
  2. Statements released by banks and stockbrokers on the position of stocks, shares and/or stakes in funds if owned, as of 31 December 2025 and the relative annual revenues obtained. The University may request the entire year transaction history for all the bank accounts.
  3. Annual statements on endowment, life and capitalization insurance policies with the total amount of premiums paid as of 31 December 2025, and single-premium policies.
  4. Bank and postal deposits and time deposits, as of 31 December 2025.

Affidavits, self-declarations, and sworn statements are not accepted, as they are not issued by competent public authorities and therefore do not provide the same level of official verification.

> In case of rented home, please submit the rental contract.

> In case of properties abroad, with respect to the country of residence, please present an equivalent document, with the indication of the value, the location and the square meters.

> In reference to the land, in the case of building lots, please present a document indicating the value, the location and the hectares/square meters.

Affidavits, self-declarations, and sworn statements are not accepted, as they are not issued by competent public authorities and therefore do not provide the same level of official verification.

Important:

If local regulations do not provide for an official cadastral value, you must submit either a document certifying the property’s value issued by a qualified surveyor or the property purchase deed, provided that it was issued within the last 5 years.

  1. Certificate issued by the Business Register of the country of origin or issued by an equivalent local authority, attesting full information about the existence of shares owned, company directorship titles, entrepreneurial, freelance professional activities or individual professional income, and specifying the above mentioned fiscal year. In case of absence of all the above, it is required to upload a negative certificate issued by the same authority attesting that each member of my Bocconi Conventional Family Household has no company shares and/or entrepreneurial activities.

Affidavits, self-declarations, and sworn statements are not accepted, as they are not issued by competent public authorities and therefore do not provide the same level of official verification.

In case of shares in companies or other business activities, please also submit all the following documents:

  3. Financial statement form for sole proprietorships and business activities (PDF file available in the Attachments area) to be printed, filled out and signed by the competent accountant in charge of the company's tax assistance for calendar year 2025.
  1. In order to properly assess the spending capacity of the household, the University is requesting proof of scholarship or other financial support, if received, during high school studies. The Office reserves the right to request further information on said scholarship.

The application form to be signed by the School Principal will be available within the funding application once the data section has been completed.

Important:

Bocconi University will verify that the submitted documentation is complete and accurate. If any declaration is found to be false, the University will take the appropriate action.

The University may request additional documents, including a full year of bank account transactions if needed.

By submitting the funding application, the student and all members of their Bocconi conventional family household authorize the University to carry out the appropriate checks.

The above-mentioned provisions constitute official publication of the regulation of “Funding application a.y. 2027-2028” about the required documentation.
