1. Courses for French and Spanish as first languages

First lesson
French as a first language (code 30124): Monday, 10^th October, room 31
(Via Sarfatti 25, 3rd floor)
Spanish as a first language (code 30127): Monday, 10^th October, room ES2M
(Via Sarfatti 25, ground floor).

In order to take on the curricular course:

• the regular attendance is strongly recommended
• the starting level should be at least A1 (elementary level) or higher.

If any student does not have the required level, he/she could switch to English. In this case students have to:

• attend the English course (timetable available at www.unibocconi.eu/timetables > Class timetable > code 30123, classes 18 and 19)
• change the first language to English through the Student Administrative office from 9^th to 23^rd January 2012.

2. German as a first language

Unfortunately, there isn't the required number to start a German course. Consequently, students can choose between two alternatives:

a. To maintain the first language choice
Students have to prepare themselves following the program and self study assignments. Students can receive additional support at the Language Laboratory through:

• multimedia materials
• teachers' office hours (Professors: Hahn, Serena)
• technical staff.

As an alternative to the Bocconi exam students can register one of the international certificates recognized by the University.

b. To switch German into English
Students can change the first language only in January 2012. However, it is possible to:

• attend the English, French, Italian or Spanish course during the first semester (timetable available at www.unibocconi.eu/timetables > Class timetable > insert the relevant code)
• change officially the language through the Student Administrative office from 9th to 23rd January 2012, in order to have the class correctly assigned in the student's diary.

Please, remind that in order to sit the exam, students must have the correct code in the academic career.

3.English or Italian as first languages

Those students who have English or Italian as their first language can switch to French or Spanish (if interested in):

• students can attend the course during the first semester (timetable available at www.unibocconi.eu/timetables > Class timetable > insert the relevant code)
• the regular attendance is strongly recommended
• in order to take on the curricular coursethe starting level should be at least A1 (elementary level) or higher
• students have to change officially the language through the Student Administrative office from 9th to 23rd January 2012, in order to have the class correctly assigned in the student's diary (remind that in order to sit the exam, students must have the correct code in the academic career).

2. Corsi di Laurea Magistrale
L'attività didattica per le lingue straniere inizia il 14 febbraio 2011 e ha durata annuale: 1° anno II semestre e 2° anno I semestre. La modalità di scelta delle lingue straniere in piano studi verrà comunicata attraverso l'agenda yoU@B e dovrà essere effettuata nel mese di gennaio 2011. Per i criteri di scelta si invitano gli studenti alla consultazione della Guida all'Università, cap.3
Il livello di uscita definitivo per l'esame sarà scelto dallo studente al momento dell'iscrizione all'esame stesso mediante Punto Blu.

3. CLMG, 6305-6041 Inglese giuridico (Legal English)
Il piano studi del CLMG, come indicato nella Guida all'Università prevede i seguenti esami di lingua inglese:
cod. 6021-30123, General English, prima lingua 1° anno, didattica ed esame
cod. 6022-30129, General English, prima lingua 2° anno, didattica ed esame 
cod. 6305, Legal English, prima lingua 3° anno, solo didattica
cod. 6041, Legal English, prima lingua 4° anno, didattica ed esame.
Il corso di Legal English ha durata annuale: dal II semestre del 3° anno al I semestre del 4°.
La classe per la relativa didattica è visualizzabile tramite agenda yoU@B .
Si ricorda che gli studenti che hanno registrato in sostituzione degli esami di Inglese generale una certificazione valida anche per il cod. 6041 (ossia IPEC, ILEC, CAE, CPE, IELTS Academic C1 oppure TOEFL iBT C1) possono richiedere l'esonero dall'esame di Legal English (ossia la convalida del voto già registrato in carriera), attraverso apposito modulo presso la Segreteria Studenti (piano terra, via Sarfatti 25), nei periodi specificati dalla Segreteria Studenti stessa (prossimo periodo: 7 31 gennaio 2011).
Si ricorda inoltre che gli esami di Inglese generale sono propedeutici all'esame cod. 6041: l'esame di Legal English sostenuto nel mancato rispetto di tale regola è annullato automaticamente.
