THEMIS is a network made up of four top European Universities: Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi (Milan, Italy), Esade (Barcelona, Spain), Freie Universitat (Berlin, Germany), and Université de Paris 12 (Val de Marne - Paris, France). These schools have come together to create a new standard in business law in response to an ever-increasing demand for law professionals with international know-how and expertise.
Bocconi students who are selected to participate in the THEMIS network will obtain not only their Laurea Specialistica degree from Bocconi but also the international THEMIS certificate. This certificate will be awarded to the students when all CLG-LS or CLMG course requirements have been met as well as all THEMIS program requirements: completion of a semester abroad, an internship (preferably international), and participation in the THEMIS program seminar (September 2009, Berlin).
