Italian Language Crash Course

2009-2010

The Italian Language Crash Course is an optional course organized by the International Student Desk (ISD) for students who participate in the Exchange Program. 
This intensive course (60 hours) aims at helping all exchange students start familiarizing with Italian as a foreign language in the very first period from their arrival in Italy. 
It lasts for 3/4 weeks and it is offerred each semester before the beginning of  Bocconi Courses.

* CEMS students taking part in the Blocked Seminars may not be able to attend this course.

Students interested in applying for the Italian Language Course must register online  through  the application procedure for the exchange program and will be required to take an online placement test which will allow to allocate students in the appropriate level.

The Italian Crash course, being an optional course, will not grant any Bocconi credits and will not be included in the official transcript.
Bocconi will issue a certificate of attendance in which an overall evaluation (pass, fair, good, excellent) will be reported.
The certificate will be issued to students who attend a minimum of 75% of the course and pass the final test.

Exchange students attending this course will be required to pay a Registration Fee (150 euro - text book not included).

Attendance
Students who attend a minimum of 75% of the course and pass the final test will receive the Italian language course certificate.
Students arriving later than 3 lessons after the beginning of classes will no longer be admitted to participate in the course.
