Center for Research on Regional Economics, Transport and Tourism
CERTeT was established at the end of 1995. It focuses on the following research areas: territorial economics (both regional and urban); transportation economics and the analysis of transport infrastructure (railways, highways, airways, waterways), economics of tourism the Center organizes an Advanced Course in the Economics of Tourism; evaluation of regional and local policies, which specific attention to the use of EU Structural Funds; economics and management of water resources and their role in local development.
CERTeT and its researchers are active participants in various international scientific networks, in order to enrich its methodological reflections and promote the exchange of best practices in social research.
