Mental Health Tips

Health and wellbeing are key aspects to ensuring students can reach their fullest potential during their time at university. This is why the Bocconi Campus Life Office offers a range of services to help students develop the skills they need to cope with stress and build resilience, such as wellbeing and self-empowerment classes, individual counseling, group counseling workshops, and sessions on mental health topics.

One such initiative is Mental Health Tips, a series focused on psychological wellbeing. In each video, a Bocconi Counselor provides advice on concrete steps we can take to improve and maintain our mental and physical wellbeing. Topics include: how to manage fatigue through self-care; tips for managing anxiety; how to make new connections and rekindle old ones; and practical advice on balancing your day.

Throughout their time on campus, students should remember to focus on their health – both in mind and body!
